Breakfast, my favorite meal of the day.
I love breakfast, don't understand how people go without it. I'd eat it for every meal if I could, but I know my husband would put up a fit. Lately I've been baking my oatmeal (thank you Momma Gal). This morning I felt like chocolate, so I made myself a personal baby chocolate cake. Yummy AND nutritious! How you ask, here's the recipe and you'll see.
1/2 cup oats.
2 egg whites.
1 whole egg.
1 T dark cocoa powder.
1/8 tsp baking powder.
1 packet stevia.
1 T Greek yogurt.
Mix all ingredients together and put in oven safe bowl. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
